Greg J. Ferguson
Greg J. Ferguson leads the corporate and transaction law departments of Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC. Greg's business practice includes advice and representation on a full range of corporate and real estate matters, including contracts, corporate transactions, equity agreements, commercial real estate, stock purchases, asset purchases, government contracting, and labor law. He counsels a wide range of clients including investment managers, real estate developers, high-tech manufacturers, commercial tour operators, energy companies, and small business owners of all types. Greg also provides full service representation to clients participating in the U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission Program including applications, compliance and EDC regulatory matters.
Greg is a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay, where he worked in the Small Business Development Program. He authored articles in the Virgin Islands Bar Journal entitled “EDC Small Business Program” and “Estate Planning for Non-Married Couples.”
