U.S. Virgin Islands Property Tax Amnesty

U.S. Virgin Islands property owners that are delinquent in payment of property taxes can take advantage of a property tax amnesty which was signed into law pursuant to Act No. 8017. The amnesty period will cover the tax years 2015 and prior and will remain in effect until October 16, 2018. Penalties and interest will be waived for property owners paying their outstanding delinquent property taxes. Payments under the amnesty will only be accepted in person or via postal mail through the Office of the Tax Collector.
