Our real estate practice covers all aspects of land and real property acquisition, transfer, and management, of both commercial and residential real estate located throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our attorneys have decades of experience with the real estate markets in St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix, and can advise clients regarding real estate and resort development programs associated with the U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission tax incentive program.
