Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC (KFK) is a full service business law firm with offices in the U.S. Virgin Islands and New York. Our tax attorneys offer expertise in federal and local tax planning and disputes, a long track record of successful settlement negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue, and years of experience litigating before the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Courts. Two of our attorneys hold LL.M. degrees in taxation from New York University.
